Where we ship

We currently ship across India. Every order is packed by hand in Panchkula, Haryana.

 

Processing time

Each belt is cut and punched to the waist size you order, so please allow 1 to 3 business days for your belt to be prepared and dispatched. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take a little longer.

 

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your courier and tracking link. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, write to hello@dirath.com or WhatsApp +91 98787 31611.

 

Packaging

Every belt arrives coiled in its DIRATH box with a dust bag and a care card.

 

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
