Waist measurement guide.
Every DIRATH belt is cut and punched to a measured waist. Take the tape around your hips where the belt will sit, over the trousers you wear most — then use the calculator or the table below.

Where does the belt sit?

Round to the nearest even inch. Between two sizes? We recommend the smaller — the strap is punched with a few holes either side of centre.
Measure, don't guess
Trouser labels vary by brand and cut. A tape measure does not.
Between sizes?
Order the smaller. It is easier to add a hole than take one away.
Worn over a shirt?
Add an inch to your measurement before you read the table.
